Deskman 11 requires Windows 10, or later, and modern web browser, such as Firefox, Edge or Chrome. Check the documentation for details.
Can I try Deskman before purchasing?
Absolutely! Deskman is free to try: you can download the full version of the product and try it for 30 days, no questions, no obligations.
How many licenses should I buy?
1 per computer.
Do you support Windows 7?
If you need Windows 7 or Internet Explorer support, download Deskman 9. Contact us to buy Deskman 9 licenses.
Can I trust your downloads?
Yes. Our downloads are 100% free of virus, spyware, adware or malware of any kind. Executables are signed and certified.
Why do I need a web browser to use Deskman?
Deskman is not in the cloud. However, it's web-based, which means you need a web browser to use it.
I don't have internet access on my system, is that a problem?
No. Internet access is optional.
Do you have access to my Deskman installation?
No. Deskman is not in the cloud and we do not have access to your data. Check the privacy statement for details.
What is Deskman Manager?
Deskman Manager is a complementary tool designed to provide Deskman users with advanced features, like centralized logs and license management.
After purchasing a license, do I need to reinstall the software?
There is no need. You'll be able to register your installed copies by following the instructions in your license email.
I am a reseller, how can I buy licenses for my customers?
Is Deskman ready for GMP environments?
Many of our customers use Deskman on GMP environments. Licenses for old versions can be purchased to accommodate the customer's requirements. Contact us for any questions.
Can I buy old Deskman versions?
Yes, contact us to purchase legacy licenses. However, we highly recommend purchasing the current release — or Deskman 9, if you need Windows 7 or Internet Explorer support.
Do I have to pay for support?
Yes. A maintenance plan is required to obtain tech support.
What does maintenance include?
Tech support, all updates, major and minor, and access to Deskman Manager.
What do I get if I don't buy maintenance?
One month of support and minor updates.
What happens when my license expires?
Nothing. Licenses do not expire: support entitlement does.
Will I be able to buy maintenance later on?
Maintenance is only available at normal cost when placing your order or when renewing before expiration.
How can I renew maintenance?
Contact us providing your license number and we'll be happy to help you.
I have multiple licenses, do I need maintenance on each one of them?
Yes. Maintenance is not transferable. Each license requires its own maintenance plan. Support will only be provided to installations with a valid maintenance plan.
What kind of tech support do you offer?
Fast email support. Every response is made by a human from our team. Happy to help.
If I pay for support, how fast will you answer my emails?
In a few hours, or less, usually. Check your spam folder if you haven't heard from us in 24h. Make sure your system allows emails from @anfibia.net and @anfibia.in.
